  • Responsible for the technical operations of the Entertainment Department and the overall guiding of: sound, lighting, set design and construction, and scheduling and tracking of maintenance and inventory.

  • Manage live show design and direction, conduct auditions and casting, audio design and creation including show tracks, sound effects / music for areas such as haunted houses and “scare zones,” as well as general voice overs for park events and theming.

  • Additional duties include: hiring, training, and scheduling staff, project and labor budgeting, equipment purchase and rental, coordinating with outside vendors.

  • Meet with counterparts from other departments, as an active Safety Committee participant, in order to discuss safety related issues and topics, establish guidelines and procedures, and subsequently hold recurring meetings with entertainment staff to implement company best practices.
